Pearce, Robert. "Animal Farm." History Today Aug. 2005: 47-53. MAS Ultra -

This article talks a lot about the parallels to real life. It mostly mentions all the parallels that are not true. It is interesting to see how people over analyze many books.

2. Animals Behaving Badly Alan Lenhoff

Lenhoff, Alan. "Animals Behaving Badly." Writing Apr.-May 2001: 18. Middle
Search Plus. EBSCO. Pascack Hills HS Lib., Montvale NJ. 7 May 2008
.

This article talked about the major themes of Animal Farm. Lenhoff found it interesting how Orwell did not mention the symbolism at all. It was up to us to make that connection; however, if we did not, it is still a great story. More importantly it mentions how key power was for this story.

3. Mayor defends push for more power Donovan Vincent and Vanessa Lu

Vincent, Donovan, and Vanessa Lu. "Mayor Defends Push for More Power."
Toronto Star 5 Apr. 2008. Newspaper Source. EBSCO. Pascack Hills HS
Lib., Montvale NJ. 7 May 2008 .

A mayor is trying to gain more and more power. He is trying to punish the community for going against his power. This article seems a lot like Animal Farm.

Macbeth was transformed into modern day. It shows how corrupt power was not only present in Scottland, 17th century, but also in the present. Even the President could have too much power.

5. Wicked Women in Macbeth Dympna Callaghan

This article talks about role of women in the play. It talks about how almost all the women in the play have more power than the men. It talked a great deal about power and witchcraft and many other themes that are not important to this paper.
